Snap out of your comfort zone at least twice a week. Embrace that uncomfortable feeling!

Progression Tempo: Start easy, finish faster
10-20 minutes warm up and cool down
Between 5-10kms of continuous progress efforts;
Start easy, finish harder.

And finish at around your HM effort or 85% effort.
If you don't have a perfect progression, that's completely fine. We learn from it, bank the effort and move forward!
Challenge yourself, work comfortably hard.
You should only feel it getting tough towards the end.
